Surf & Turf Piri Piri Espetada with Chill Jam & Garlic Mayo.


400g Steak ( Fillet is best, but any will do )
350g Raw King Prawns
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
2 Red Onions
Piri Piri Seasoning 
The Jam ( Chilli Jam )
Garlic Mayo ( shop brought or just make your own )
Metal Skewers. ( if using wooden ones make sure you soak them first ).


Season the steak in a bowl with the Piri Piri Seasoning.Leave for a minimum of 2hrs in the fridge.
Season the shrimp in a separate bowl with the Piri Piri Seasoning. Leave for a minimum of 2hrs n the fridge.
Chop the veg into large bite sized pieces.
Cut the meat into 2 inch squares (approx)
Keeping the shrimp whole alternate the shrimp, veg, and steak on the skewer.
Place on a oiled (using a little Rocket Hot Naga Oil) griddle pan or BBQ. Cook the Steak to your requirements. ( I like medium rare ).

Serve with chips, a little dipping bowl of The Jam and one of garlic mayo, as well as a side salad. (However you could serve this on a bed of rice.) A glass of wine is needed as well!!!!!
