Postage Information

UK Mainland Delivery.

If your order weighs under 2kg it will be sent by Royal Mail or APC.

If your order is 2kg or over it will be sent  by APC or ParcelForce depending on your order size and location.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. (2 working days.)

Channel Island Deliveries. May take longer to arrive.

Free delivery if your order is over £40 is valid on orders to UK mainland addresses only. Any Special Requirements

If you need your order to arrive on a specific day please let us know, we can't promise but we will do our best to help you out.


All our items are subject to availability. If something you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you asap.


If you make an order and wish to cancel the order, please let us know asap via email. Cancellation must be received before the item is dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched before we receive the cancellation then please follow the returns policy.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your products please return it/them UNUSED within 7 working days and we will fully refund the price of the product/s. We will not pay for the return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend if you do wish to return goods that you obtain a proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrived faulty or damaged, please take a PHOTO of it straight away and inform us immediately so that we can replace or refund them in accordance with your statutory rights.
