Jammin' Jerk Seasoning. A traditional Jerk seasoning that I learnt to make while living in Jamaica.
A perfect blend of spices and heat. Fabulous on Pork, Chicken & fish.
Rub seasoning into meat/fish, place into a ziplock bag and add a little water/ oil to make a paste, if you wish. Leave to marinade for at least an hour but preferably overnight. Then cook on your BBQ or using a griddle pan and serve with rice and peas.
