The Chilli Project - Lemon Drop Jelly

This was one of the first products The Chilli Project developed, initially, it was created as a seasonal product for Christmas. But due to popular demand it was made into a permanent fixure.


Bright and Citrussy, with hints of freshness and apple, this Lemon Drop Jelly has all of the lemon-like flavour from its chilli and none of the usual red pepper. A far better fits for your morning toast, porridge and pancakes than the average chilli jam, yet still perfectly suited to pairing with mild cheeses and cold meats.
 
Plus, throw this jam over grilled chicken, white fish or halloumi, just before it's done, and you'll find that it caramelises into something golden and divine!
